Comedy of Errors 

The New London Barn Playhouse’s Junior Intern Company (JI's) is comprised of 25 performers and 5 technicians ages 12-18 who, over the course of nine weeks, rehearse, build, and perform 4 plays and musicals for young audiences as part the Barn's summer Children’s Theater Series. 

As the scenic designer, props master, scenic charge, and technical director for the JI program, I designed and built 4 shows over 10 weeks. Each show had, on average, 2 weeks total of rehearsal, build, and tech time. The longest rehearsal/build process was 3 weeks from auditions to performance for High School Musical.

In 2021, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. All shows at the New London Barn, including the Children's Theater Series, took place in an outside, open air tent. Comedy of Errors took place at Elkins Beach in New London, NH.
